Refund policy

Thank you for choosing LDC PAINTING  for your purchase.  We aim to make our customer experience the best it can be .We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

To start a return, you can contact us at jl@ldcpainting.net. You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase along with a description of the reason for the return. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2001 NW 55th Ave Margate FL, 33063. 

Return Shipping Cost. 

Returns shipping costs are the responsability of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or damage during shipping in which case the shipping cost for the replacement product will be covered by us.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your product arrives damaged due to shipping you must contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the damage. We will offer a replacement at no additional cost. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging to be elegible for a return.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of misuse, improper handling, or physical damage not related to the product's quality.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


 

Refunds
 Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund to the original payment method. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days , depending on your bank or payment provider, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
